Bob

Bob Summerwill (Executive Director) - Bob Summerwill is Executive Director for the ETC Cooperative. He has been a community member of the Ethereum project since 2015 and of the Hyperledger project since 2016.

Bob has been programming since 1984 and a professional software engineer since 1996. He started his blockchain journey in 2014 and he has been building bridges to enterprise and towards mainstream adoption since 2016.

Originally from the UK, he has lived in Vancouver since 2003, and is now a dual citizen of Canada and the UK.

Alison

Alison Alexis (Financial Controller and Business Services) – Alison is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with 13 years of professional experience and will be driving a complete revamp of ETC Cooperative governance for 2020. Alison spoke at ETC Summit 2018 on the Immutability panel.

Isaac

Isaac Ardis (Core Developer, Ethereum Classic) - Isaac has spent the last 5 years working primarily on protocol development and implementation for Ethereum Classic, working with ETCDEV, Ethereum Classic Labs, and finally, the Ethereum Classic Cooperative. In this time he has spoken at conferences, advised for mining pools and exchanges, and made around 20k Github contributions.

Chris

Chris Ziogas (Core Developer, Ethereum Classic) - Chris joined the web3 space at 2017 wanting to learn more about the technology and protocols behind it. He has been working on the Ethereum Classic blockchain since 2020 at ETC Labs and is currently working on the ETC Cooperative, mainly on the core-geth client. His prior experience includes backend, frontend as well as mobile development.

Diego

Diego López León (Core Developer, Ethereum Classic) – Diego is a very experienced Java developer who has been working as a blockchain core developer since 2017, first as part of Rootstock (both Bitcoin and Ethereum protocols) and more recently as part of the Inter-American Development Bank's blockchain group, where he was developing solutions using Hyperledger Besu and other clients/protocols. Diego will be focusing on Hyperledger Besu development, along with other general software engineering and infrastructure work for the ETC Cooperative.

Donald

Donald McIntyre (Senior Editor) – Donald is an active member of the Ethereum Classic project, has previously worked at ETCDEV, a previous ETC core development team, founded Etherplan, a website dedicated to ETC research and analysis, and worked at Emerald, an ETC, Bitcoin, and Ethereum blockchain wallet. Donald will be managing our editorial effort, producing content in video, text, and live stream formats, both for the ETC Cooperative online channels and the Ethereum Classic community resources at large.

Andrew

Andrew Dick (Marketing Manager) – Andrew has worked in the blockchain industry for several years and is a marketing expert in general with over 22 years of experience in the online media, marketing & software industries. He has led and supervised the conception, development, strategy, and marketing of numerous websites and over ten applications. Andrew is responsible for the marketing plan at the ETC Cooperative in coordination with our communications and editorial efforts.

Angelah

Angelah Liu (Communications Manager) – Angelah has a Masters of Global Affairs degree from the University of Toronto, and experience in Web 3 and cryptocurrency OTC industry. She is fluent in the Chineses language both simplified and traditional. Angela will be managing our communications strategy and channels in addition to translating our editorial and communications content to the Chinese language.

Emma

Emma Todd (Events Manager) – Emma is a proof of work mining expert, public speaker, and CEO of MMH Technology Group, a firm that focuses on Data Systems, Blockchain Consulting, Communication and Events for emerging technology organizations. She is Chair of the Canadian Blockchain Consortium’s Mining Committee, and a board member of the Canadian Blockchain Consortium. Emma will be responsible for events management at the ETC Cooperative. We will be announcing our events plan for 2023 soon.

Cody

Cody Burns – A pre-DAO fork Ethereum supporter and long term open source software advocate who deeply believes in ETC core philosophy’s. Cody is a professional enterprise blockchain architect and managing director of BC: Research and Development. He has worked across multiple industries with business leaders to deliver world scale blockchain, DLT, and digital identity solutions.

Elaine

Elaine Ou – Elaine is a blockchain engineer at Global Financial Access in San Francisco. Previously she was a lecturer in the electrical and information engineering department at the University of Sydney. Like Roy, she was previously an advisor to ETCDEV, and is an ETC OG.

Roy

Roy Zou (邹来辉) – Roy has been engaged in the Cryptocurrency community since 2011, doing some translating and educating job for the blockchain Chinese community. Roy created a Blockchain company named BITKIO where he serves CEO to focus on smart devices and Blockchain in 2015. In 2017, he co-founded a Blockchain venture studio named Gödel Labs (哥德尔实验室) which is dedicated to researching the Blockchain protocol-level technology, the future potential applications of Blockchain. Gödel labs also is doing education, investment and incubator for Blockchain projects. Roy is an organizer of Chinese community of Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum and Ethereum Classic. Roy was elected as Secretary General of Ethereum Classic Consortium (China) founded in September 2016, which is an alliance of Chinese blockchain community to foster ETC and the essence of Blockchain. Roy also was one of the advisors of ETCDEV Team.

Craig

Craig Salm (Chair) – Craig Salm is the Director, Legal at Grayscale Investments, the world’s largest digital currency asset manager with more than $1.7 billion in assets under management across its family of 10 products – all of which provide access and exposure to the digital currency asset class in the form of a traditional security without the challenges of buying, storing, and safekeeping digital currencies directly. In this role, Craig oversees the daily legal and regulatory operations of the business and its products.

Prior to joining Grayscale, Craig was a corporate associate at Paul Weiss and a member of its Capital Markets & Securities Group. His practice focused primarily on representing issuers, private equity sponsors, investment banks, hedge funds, and other stakeholders in corporate finance transactions as well as advising on securities law and corporate governance matters. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Craig serves as a member of the Crypto Ratings Council (CRC) and the Blockchain Association as a co-chair of the Securities Law Working Group.
